We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees)
24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund available
No-show: No refund available

In case of severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the ferry from operating safely, we will:
